Your Tasks

• Lead and develop the Integrated Logistics Support team within customer support
• Develop support solutions based on customer requirements and business needs
• Support bids, offers and long-term customer support contracts
• Forecast material and service requirements to support aircraft operations
• Prepare support cost estimates, financial analyses and forecasts
• Work closely with supply chain, technical support, sales, programme management and engineering

With this you convince us

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Several years of experience in aviation, customer support, logistics, commercial management or a technical aftermarket environment
• Experience leading and developing a team, or strong leadership potential with the ability to motivate and support others
• Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
• Very good English skills and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels; German is an advantage
• Good understanding of Integrated Logistics Support, customer support or aircraft maintenance concepts
