Sales Director Bumotec – Luxury/Medtech (f/m/d)

Would you like to be part of a world-class company? If so, we look forward to seeing your profile and learning more about you.As part of a succession plan, we are strengthening our global sales organization with a Sales Director Luxury & Micromechanics (L&M). In this role, you will define and implement the sales strategy for the L&M segment, expand our market share, secure sustainable order intake and margin targets, and offer effective high-end technical solutions to renowned customers in the luxury goods, medtech and micromechanics industries.

By taking over the following tasks, you can develop your potential as well as 

grow and contribute to the success together with us:

• Drive the continuous expansion of our footprint within the luxury goods, medtech and micromechanics markets and develop value-based solutions.
• Define, implement and execute sales and market development strategies.
• Support and further develop key account customers while ensuring consistent customer engagement and segment positioning across all regions.
• Ensure high-quality sales data in CRM and product configurator systems and drive their effective use throughout the sales organization.
• Provide structured market and customer feedback to product management and engineering.

That’s what you bring with you

• Completed technical education combined with broad sales skills and a relevant network in luxury goods, medtech or micromechanics applications
• At least 5 years sales experience of capital goods, preferably machine tools
• High level of commercial awareness and sound understanding of contract, pricing and margin requirements in complex sales transactions
• Very good French and English language skills (German is an advantage)
• Strategic, customer-oriented and results-driven leader with excellent communication, negotiation and team leadership skills.
